Diotec Semiconductor MMTL431A-AQ Diode Shunt Regulator is an adjustable precision shunt regulator with low output impedance and temperature compensated. This regulator operates at a narrow tolerance band of VREF=1.240V, 37V cathode voltage, -100mA to +150mA cathode current range, and -0.05mA to +10mA reference input current range. The MMTL431A-AQ diode shunt regulator is housed in a UL 94V-0 case and is rated for 260°C/10s solder and assembly conditions. This regulator is compliant with RoHS, REACH, and conflict minerals. Typical applications include precision voltage references for voltage regulators and comparators, replacement of low-voltage Z-diodes, low-device-count PSU for µController, converter secondary-side control, and commercial/industrial-grade.
