Vishay RS07x Fast Recovery Rectifiers
Vishay Semiconductor RS07x Fast Recovery Rectifiers are glass-passivated surface-mount rectifiers with a maximum repetitive peak voltage (VRRM) between 100V and 800V. The maximum average forward rectified current (IF(AV)) is 1.4A (TL = 65°C) and a peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 30A (TL = 25°C). The Vishay Semiconductor RS07x comes in a low-profile package (DO-219AB) and is compatible with the SOD-123W package case outline or the SOD-123F and SOD-123FL packages. This package makes them ideal for automated placement.
