Amphenol VDS130 Vibration Data Source
Amphenol Wilcoxon VDS130 Vibration Data Source is a 4-channel IEPE to MQTT digital converter for IIOT, cloud, and analytics platforms. This device supports four IEPE vibration inputs and a tachometer (RPM) input, enabling synchronization of vibration and rotational-speed data. The VDS130 preserves the original analog-signal characteristics while publishing vibration spectrum, FFT, and calculated metrics like acceleration, velocity, displacement, crest-factor, standard deviation, and ISO‑defined frequency bands. The VDS130 vibration data source outputs MQTT data for simplified integration into enterprise- and cloud-level data systems. This device provides high‑resolution data up to 40kHz, making it suitable for both high‑frequency and general‑purpose industrial monitoring. The Wilcoxon VDS130 is compatible with a wide range of industrial vibration sensors covering general-purpose, high-speed, low-speed, high-temperature, high-EMI, high-vibration, submersible, and hazardous-area applications.
