New Translation - Voltage Levels

onsemi NL3V1T244 and NL3V1T34 1-Bit Dual-Supply Level Translators are designed to provide reliable, high‑speed, non‑inverting voltage translation between two independent power domains. Each device supports dual supply rails, VCCA and VCCB, both configurable from 0.9V to 3.6V, enabling flexible translation for a wide range of low‑voltage digital interfaces. The translators track the respective supply rails, ensuring proper logic‑level compatibility across different system voltages. The NL3V1T244 includes a 3‑state output enable (OE) pin that disables the output when driven high, while the NL3V1T34 provides similar non‑inverting translation functionality but without an OE pin, offering a simpler interface.
