Wakefield Thermal WTC/WTI Omnipad Thermal Insulators
Wakefield Thermal WTC/WTI Omnipad Thermal Insulators are highly efficient electrical insulators designed to optimize heat transfer between semiconductors and heat sinks. These insulators' properties eliminate messy concerns associated with thermal greases. The Omnipad thermally conductive insulators are ideal for conditions where electrical contact and thermal transfer are required. These insulators are UL 94V-0 flammability-rated and RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include notebook computers, telecom stations, motor controls, power supplies/converters, semiconductors, and automotive.
