Heat Shrink Tubing

TE Connectivity's (TE) Heat Shrink Tubing provides electrical insulation, mechanical protection, environmental sealing, and strain relief. The tubing is available in single-wall and dual-wall configurations and serves as an effective alternative to taping, molding, or potting. The products conform to the size and shape of the substrate beneath, enabling quick and easy installation. These tubings feature a high expansion ratio, making it possible to repair damaged cable jackets without removing connectors. TE Heat Shrink Tubing is chemical-resistant, UV-resistant, waterproof, and flame-retardant. The series offers strain relief for connectors and splices, providing more flexibility and sealing to keep out moisture, water, bacteria, and fuels. Applications include shielded splice protection, mechanical protection for hoses, noise reduction for pipes, and mechanical protection for lighting components.
