TLV612901 Synchronous Boost Converter

Texas Instruments TLV612901 Synchronous Boost Converter is a 5.5V, 11A synchronous boost converter with integrated bypass mode for single-cell battery-powered systems. This converter operates over a 1.8V to 5.5V wide input voltage range and supports startup from 2.2V. The TLV612901 boost converter features programmable output voltage through I2C, ranging from 2.35V to 5.5V, with a default value of 5V. This converter is designed for high power capability, fast transient response, and high efficiency across a wide battery operating range. Protection features include thermal shutdown, overcurrent protection, and output short-circuit protection. Typical applications include mobile phones, tablets, optical modules, 4G and 5G mini-module data cards, satellite communications, and RF power amplifiers.
