ROHM Semiconductor BD9B106NF-Z Synchronous Buck DC-DC Converter is one of the BD9Bx06NF-Z series of single synchronous buck DC/DC converters with built-in low on-resistance power MOSFETs. It can provide up to 1A current. The output voltage can achieve a high accuracy due to ±1% reference voltage. The converter features a fast transient response due to a constant on-time control system. The Light Load Mode control improves efficiency in light-load conditions. BD9B106NF-Z is ideal for reducing the standby power consumption of equipment. The Power Good function enables the system to control the sequence. The ROHM Semiconductor BD9B106NF-Z achieves high power density and offers a small footprint on the PCB by employing a 6-pin 1.5mm x 1.5mm small package.
