TB67B000 Brushless Motor Driver

Toshiba TB67B000 Brushless Motor Driver is a high-voltage 3-phase full-wave PWM brushless motor driver. This motor driver integrates a controller that supports sine-wave PWM drive, wide-angle commutation, and a high-voltage driver in a single package. The TB67B000 brushless motor driver features a built-in oscillator circuit (carrier frequency of f_OSC/252(Hz)) and bootstrap circuitry (bootstrap diode). This brushless motor driver offers built-in overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout, and motor-lock detection.
