Power Inductors

TDK Power Inductors have a variety of features and benefits, including a temperature range of up to +150°C, high rated current, low DC resistance, a ferrite core construction, suitability for lead-free reflow soldering, AEC-Q200 qualification, RoHS compliance, wide inductance value range, and more. These power inductors are utilized in many applications, including multimedia, automotive electronics, industrial electronics, consumer electronics, DC/DC converters, telecommunications, and more.

SPM4020-DZ Fixed Inductors for Power Circuits

TDK SPM4020-DZ Fixed Inductors for Power Circuits are AEC-Q200 compliant and offer an inductance range of 0.47µH to 2.2µH with ±20% inductance tolerance. These metal composite-type wound inductors are designed for power circuits that use metallic magnetic material. This series offers low Rdc and miniaturization due to the superior DC superimposition characteristics of the metallic magnetic materials. The series operates in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range (including self-temperature rise). TDK SPM4020-DZ Fixed Inductors for Power Circuits are ideally suited for automotive-related equipment, including advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), engine control modules (ECM), and body control modules (BCM).

Inductors

TDK Inductors are manufactured using state-of-the-art multilayer processing technologies, wire-winding technology, or thin-film technologies. TDK's unique multilayer processing technology provides higher inductance and Q characteristics as well as further miniaturisation. The portfolio includes a wide spectrum of filters, SMT inductors, power inductors, transponder coils and line reactors. SPM Series Power Inductors

TDK SPM Series Power Inductors include commercial and automotive-grade components for different usages, including low-profile options with heights as low as 1mm. Compared to ferrite wound-type inductors, the SPM inductors from TDK enable users to achieve a larger current, lower RDC, and a more compact design. These inductors feature low inductance variance in high-temperature environments and maintain good DC superimposition characteristics. SPM inductors are constructed from metallic magnetic material and have an integrated molded coil that reduces the humming noise more efficiently than with core adhesive coils. Suitable applications for these inductors include smartphones, tablet terminals, laptop computers, HDDs, car accessories, LED, ADAS, and more.
