Nordic Semiconductor nRF9151 Low-Power System-in-Package (SiP) modules are compact, fully integrated devices offering enhanced power options for advanced cellular Internet-of-Things (IoT) and DECT NR+ applications.  These devices employ low-power LTE technology, advanced processing capabilities and robust security features to offer unparalleled performance and versatility. The nRF9151 SiP devices contain a System-on-Chip (SoC), power management and an RF front-end.  These modules support Class 5 20dBm output power in addition to the nominal Class 3 23dBm output, which enhances user development with greater flexibility.
