MID02W0303A DC/DC Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MID02W0303A DC/DC Converters are regulated converters that support a 3V to 3.6V input voltage (VIN) range. This DC/DC converter features excellent load/line regulation and supports up to 0.25W of output power (POUT). The MID02W0303A DC/DC Converter provides high reliability compared to isolated power modules. These converters operate within a -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range. The MID02W0303A Converter integrates a power MOSFET, a transformer and a feedback (FB) circuit all in one chip. The converter's full protection features include Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), Over-Current Protection (OCP) and Over-Temperature Protection (OTP).
