QAT Fixed Attenuators

Mini-Circuits QAT Fixed Attenuators are absorptive fixed attenuators fabricated using highly-reliable and repeatable GaAs Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) Integrated Passive Device (IPD) process. These attenuators operate from DC up to 50GHz and can handle input power up to 2W. Mini-Circuits QAT Fixed Attenuators feature outstanding attenuation accuracy and flatness while maintaining excellent VSWR throughout the entire band. Typical applications include 5G, test and measurement, radar, communication, defense, and satellite.
