KAT Fixed Attenuators

Mini-Circuits KAT Fixed Attenuators are fabricated using a highly reliable and repeatable GaAs Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) process. These absorptive fixed attenuators operate from DC to 43.5GHz. The KAT series fixed attenuators have outstanding attenuation accuracy and flatness while maintaining excellent VSWR throughout the entire band. These models can handle input power up to around 2W. Typical applications include 5G, test and measurement, radar, microwave communication, wireless infrastructure, medical broadband, defense, and aerospace.
