Micro Commercial Components (MCC) ZENER SMAF Diodes feature a compact design, high-temperature resilience, and a wide voltage range of 6.2V to 100V. These diodes offer a 50% reduction in height to address the common challenge of integrating components in space-constrained environments. The ZENER SMAF diodes are housed in a low-profile DO-221AC (SMA-FL) package for enhanced versatility. These diodes offer high-temperature resilience by performing at junction temperatures of up to 150°C. The ZENER SMAF diodes also feature overvoltage protection to safeguard sensitive components from voltage spikes. Typical applications include voltage regulation and protection circuits in electronic systems, power supply regulation in control systems, and voltage stabilization in communication devices.
