Analog Devices ADG5412F/ADG5412BF Quad SPST Switches

Analog Devices ADG5412F/ADG5412BF Fault Protection Quad SPST Switches include four independently controlled single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches for overvoltage protection up to −55V and +55V. ADG5412F/ADG5412BF features four switches that turn on with Logic 1 inputs. When powered on, each switch conducts equally well in both directions, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The digital inputs are compatible with 3V logic inputs over the full operating supply range. When power supplies are absent, the switch remains in the off condition, and the switch inputs are high impedance. Under normal operating conditions, if the analog input signal levels on any Sx pin exceed VDD or VSS by a threshold voltage, VT, the switch turns off. Input signal levels up to +55V or −55V relative to ground are blocked, in both the powered and unpowered condition. The low on resistance of 10Ω of the ADG5412F/ADG5412BF switches, combined with on-resistance flatness over a significant portion of the signal range make it an ideal solution for data acquisition and gain switching applications where excellent linearity and low distortion are critical.

ADG54x Bi-Directional Fault Protection Switches

Analog Devices ADG5412BF/ADG5413BF Bi-Directional Fault Protection Quad SPST Switches feature four independently controlled single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches for bi-directional overvoltage protection up to −55V and +55V. The ADG5412BF consists of four switches that turn on with Logic 1 inputs, while the ADG5413BF includes two switches that turn on and two switches that turn off with Logic 1 inputs.

Fault-Protected Switches & Multiplexers

Analog Devices Fault-Protected Switches & Multiplexers provide protection against overvoltage, power off, high ESD, and latch-up. These Analog Devices switches and multiplexers, optimized for robustness and protection, and offer high performance in industry-leading small packages. The devices protect themselves and are typically used at the edges of the PCB where overvoltage issues are likely to occur.
