Data Converters

Analog Devices Inc. Data Converters are a portfolio of data converters that are unmatched in ability and deliver performance with value. The converters provide accurate and reliable conversion for a range of applications. Typical applications include industrial automation, programmable logic controllers, optical transceivers, data acquisition, and more.

AD40xx 16/18-Bit SAR ADCs

Analog Devices AD40xx family features low-noise, low-power, precision 16-/18-Bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADCs that achieve high performance with throughputs up to 2MSPS. Operating from a 1.8V supply, the AD40xx ADCs consume as little as 14mW at 2MSPS with a minimum of 75MHz SCK rate in turbo-mode. The ADCs deliver ±1LSB INL maximum with no missing codes at 16-/18-Bits and 93dB/100.5dB SNR.

Biopotential Signal Chain Solutions

Analog Devices Inc. Biopotential Signal Chain Solutions provide heart rate monitoring (HRM) and electrocardiography (ECG) measurements in low-power portable devices and high-precision clinical-grade equipment. High-performance components and system expertise from Analog Devices allow for flexibility and fast setup through an easy-to-use interface. The interface features a variety of electrodes and system configurations used in biopotential measurements.

Chemical Analysis Solutions

Analog Devices offers a wide range of low-power, high-performance IC solutions for portable and benchtop chemical analyzers. This portfolio of leading-edge ADCs, amplifiers, DACs, and processors helps designers optimize the performance of quantitative and qualitative instruments.

AD4001/AD4005 16-Bit Differential SAR ADCs

Analog Devices Inc. AD4001/AD4005 16-Bit Differential Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADCs feature low noise, low power, and high speed. The AD4001 ADCs offer a 2MSPS throughput, and the AD4005 ADCs offer a 1MSPS throughput. These 16-bit SAR ADCs operate from a 1.8V single-supply voltage with a 1.71V to 5.5V logic interface. The AD4001/AD4005 ADCs feature a long acquisition phase, input span compression, high-Z mode, input overvoltage clamp circuit, and fast conversion time, allowing low SPI clock rates.
