Automotive NOR Flash

Alliance Memory Automotive NOR Flash memory devices are fast bootable memory solutions that are easy to implement with minimal ongoing management due to the underlying cell structure. These flash memories are available at up to 2Gb and are ideal for reliable code storage, including boot, application, OS, and execute-in-place [XIP] code in an embedded system. The NOR flash can also be used for frequently changing small data storage. Because of the cell structure, NOR flash is inherently more reliable than other solutions. These devices are automotive AEC-Q100 qualified with support for extended automotive temperature ranges in a variety of environmental conditions. Alliance Memory Automotive NOR Flash modules provide high-capacity storage for cluster and dashboard applications, in-car infotainment systems, power train controls, and advanced driver assistance systems.
