Vishay Semiconductors VCAN24A2 Bidirectional Symmetrical (BiSy) Dual-Line ESD Protection Diodes are ideal for automotive applications in a small DFN1110-3A package. The low capacitance VCAN24A2 Diodes feature a working range of ±24V and a low leakage current of IR <0.05μA. The Vishay Semiconductors VCAN24A2 Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and designed for CAN FD Bus applications.
