Toshiba TLP240/241A MOSFET Output Optocouplers

Toshiba TLP240/TLP241A MOSFET Output Optocouplers consist of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared LED. The TLP240/TLP241A optocouplers have an isolation voltage of 5000Vrms and are an ideal choice for devices that require reinforced insulation. These optocouplers are housed in a 4-pin DIP package.

  • 350V (minimum) OFF-state output terminal voltage
  • 3mA (maximum) trigger LED current
  • 100mA (maximum) ON-state current

  • 5000Vrms (minimum) isolation voltage
