Texas Instruments TPS650332-Q1 Automotive Camera PMICs
Texas Instrument TPS650332-Q1 Automotive Camera Power Management ICs (PMICs) combine one Low-Dropout (LDO) regulator and three step-down converters. The BUCK1 step-down converter has an input voltage range of up to 18.3V for connections to power over coax (PoC). Each converter operates in a forced fixed-frequency PWM mode. The LDO can work with an input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and supply 300mA. The step-down converters and the LDO each have separate voltage inputs, enabling maximum design and sequencing flexibility. The TPS650332-Q1 is available in a 24-pin VQFN package (4mm × 4mm). These ICs are used in surround-view camera modules, E-mirror camera modules, front-view camera modules, and rear-view camera modules.Features
