Texas Instruments OPA167x/OPA167x-Q1 Audio Operational Amplifiers

Texas Instruments OPA167x/OPA167x-Q1 Audio Operational Amplifiers offer higher system-level performance over legacy op amps commonly used in audio circuitry. These amplifiers achieve a low 4.5-nV/√Hz noise density and low distortion of 0.0001% at 1kHz, which improves audio signal fidelity. The OPA167x/OPA167x-Q1 also offers a rail-to-rail output swing within 800mV with a 2kΩ load, increasing headroom and maximizing dynamic range. Each device operates over a very wide supply range of ±2.25V to ±18V or 4.5V to 36V on only 2mA of supply current. This flexibility accommodates the power supply constraints of many types of audio products. These op amps are unity-gain stable and provide excellent dynamic behavior over a wide range of load conditions. This feature allows these devices to be used in many audio circuits. The Texas Instruments OPA167x-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
