Terasic Technologies Titan S10 System On Modules (SOMs)
Terasic Technologies Titan S10 System On Modules (SOMs) are compact FPGA modules built on Altera's Stratix® 10 SoC with 1.1M logic elements. These modules feature dual 64-bit 4GB DDR4 memory, USB 3.1, 32GB eMMC, and high-speed transceivers up to 12.5Gbps. The Titan S10 SOMs offer up to 154 LVDS channels, 32 transceivers, RTC, temperature sensor, EEPROM, dual Gigabit Ethernet PHYs, and a USB-UART interface. These SOMs are available in FMC and FMC+ interface versions with 98mm x 86mm dimensions. The Titan S10 high-performance SOMs are ideal for industrial automation, medical technology, military and aerospace, test and measurement equipment, and advanced embedded systems.Features
