Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY66318-21 High-Efficiency Power Amplifier offers wide instantaneous bandwidth in a fully input/output matched power amplifier (PA) with high gain and linearity. The SKY66318-21 High-Efficiency Power Amplifier is designed for 5G NR and 4G LTE systems operating from 3300MHz to 3700MHz. The active biasing circuitry is integrated to compensate for PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation.
The Skyworks SKY66318-21 High-Efficiency Power Amplifier is offered in a compact 16-pin, 5.0mm x 5.0mm package. This device is part of a high-efficiency, pin-to-pin compatible PA family supporting major 3GPP bands.
