ROHM Semiconductor SML-H12 EXCELED Automotive LEDs
ROHM Semiconductor SML-H12 EXCELED™ Automotive LEDs include AEC-Q101-qualified, standard SMD LEDs with diverse intensity types. The SML-H12 EXCELED Automotive LEDs are constructed using an AIGaInP chip structure and a Water Clear lens. The LEDs are available in green, yellow-green, yellow, orange, and red versions with luminous intensity ratings from 4mcd to 63mcd. The SML-H12 EXCELED Automotive LEDs operate with a typical 20mA forward current, 2.2V forward voltage, and 54mW power dissipation in a mini-mold, 0805 packages across a -40 to 85°C temperature range.Features
