NXP Semiconductor N-AFE 8-Channel ±25V Analog Front-End (AFE) ICs are highly configurable industrial-grade multichannel universal input AFEs that meet high-precision measurement requirements. The devices integrate low-leakage, high-voltage (HV) fast multiplexers, a low-offset/-drift programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and buffers, a high data-rate 24-bit Delta-Sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and a low-drift voltage reference. The NAFE11388 and NAFE71388 ICs are equipped with various diagnostic and supply supervisory circuitry, allowing condition monitoring and anomaly detection. Two precise calibration voltage sources ease end-to-end system self-calibration and predictive maintenance.The NAFE11388/NAFE11348 are dedicated to low-power applications, while the NAFE71388 supports high-speed data rates up to 576kSPS. NAFE11388/NAFE11348 and NAFE71388 are designed for programmable logic controllers (PLC), I/O modules, data loggers, instrumentation, and high-precision sensor and data acquisition systems.
