Nisshinbo RP132H331D LDO Voltage Regulator

Nisshinbo RP132H331D LDO Regulators are designed with a built-in low ON-resistance transistor and offer 1A output current capability. This regulator includes a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a resistor net, current limit circuits, and a thermal shutdown circuit. Nisshinbo RP132H331D LDO Regulators feature standby mode with ultra-low supply current and an E/F version with a delay pin for inrush current limit time setting. Typical applications include power sources for battery-powered equipment, portable communication, electrical appliances (cameras, VCRs, and camcorders), home appliances, and notebook PCs.
