Mouser Now Shipping Texas Instruments' Highly Integrated TPS650352-Q1 Power Management IC for Automotive Camera Modules

The TPS650352-Q1 is a highly integrated power management IC for automotive camera modules, combining one low-dropout (LDO) regulator and three step-down converters. The PMIC is AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified and designed for surround-view, rear-view, driver-monitor, power over coax (PoC), e-mirror, and front-view camera modules.
The TI TPS650352-Q1 Automotive PMIC, now available at Mouser, features three step-down converters, each operating in a force-fixed frequency PWM mode. The BUCK1 converter has an input voltage range up to 18.3V, suitable for PoC connections. The TPS650352-Q1 Automotive PMIC also features an LDO with an input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and an output voltage from 1.8V to 3.3V. The LDO supplies up to 300mA and boasts low noise and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The LDO and step-down converters have separate voltage inputs to enable maximum design and sequencing flexibility. The TPS650352-Q1 power management IC offers advanced diagnostics and protection and has an ambient operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
The TPS65035x-Q1 PMIC is supported by the TPS650350Q1EVM evaluation module. The TPS650350Q1EVM features a USB-to-I2C adapter, power terminals and jumpers for the regulator inputs and outputs, and test points for common measurements.
