The high-performance, six-axis sensor delivers precise motion sensing across an extended -40 °C to +105°C temperature range. The Bosch BMI330 IMU is ideal for mission-critical motion sensing applications in challenging environments, including industrial and agricultural equipment, robotics, and navigation systems.
The Bosch BMI330 extended temperature IMU, now available at Mouser, combines a self-calibrating gyroscope with a high-precision accelerometer to deliver accurate motion sensing with low noise and high stability. Engineered for demanding industrial and harsh-environment applications, the BMI330 IMU features advanced built-in test capabilities and vibration robustness. The compact LGA package and Bosch's proprietary Force-Operating Compensation (FOC) technology ensure consistent performance under mechanical stress and temperature fluctuations. The BMI330 IMU has a built-in power management unit (PMU) offering low power consumption and configurable power modes for continuous use. The BMI330 IMU features two interrupt pins for I2C and I3C interfaces and one for the three-wire SPI interface. The BMI330 Extended Temperature IMU is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
The Bosch BMI330 Shuttle Board 3.0, available to order, simplifies the development and testing of the BMI330 IMU. The versatile evaluation tool provides access to all sensor pins, ensuring easy integration with custom hardware setups or rapid prototyping environments. The BMI330 Shuttle Board 3.0 is designed to work with the Bosch Application Board 3.1.
