The TL70 Pro tower lights combine sound and visual notifications to bring fully customizable, dynamic indications and communications to systems throughout a facility. With the new Modbus Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), Ethernet, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) models, the TL70 Pro tower lights are easy to integrate into new and existing systems for safety, machine status monitoring, and production flow monitoring.
The Banner Engineering TL70 Pro tower lights, now available at Mouser, feature a modular design that scales from one to six segments, allowing users to build the exact tower light required for their application. Up to five multicolor light segments and an audible segment communicate vital machine information, including equipment status, call for action or parts, and full bin indication in real-time. The TL70 Pro tower lights bring greater awareness to people working near equipment, offering 14 colors, animation options, and an audible segment with selectable tones and intensities.
Users can select TL70 Pro tower lights with different communications options. IO-Link provides almost unlimited custom configuration options with RGB-blended colors and advanced animations, offering dynamic responses to changing machine conditions. Modus RTU can be integrated into Banner's Snap Signal ecosystem to easily monitor equipment and communicate status without a programmable logic controller (PLC). Ethernet communication — via Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, or PROFINET — uses separate data and power connections to take advantage of high bandwidth and scalability. Power over Ethernet shares data and power over a single cable connected to a PoE-equipped Ethernet switch. The customizable, modular devices combine multiple capabilities to simplify setup, installation, ordering, and inventory control.
