The Kingbright APGF0607G32B33R23 LED is a compact 0.65 × 0.65 × 0.25 mm3 RGB SMD LED designed for full-color indication applications. The hyper-red source color device uses an AlGaInP-on-GaAs LED, while the green and blue source color devices use InGaN LED technologies. The APGF0607G32B33R23-05 LED features a colorless, water-clear lens that supports high brightness of 250 mcd for green, 50 mcd for blue, and 30 mcd for red at 5 mA. Its wide 140° viewing angle makes it suitable for uniform light distribution in compact devices.
The APGF0607G32B33R23 RGB LED is ideal for backlight, status indicator, smart home appliances, wearable and portable devices, and healthcare applications.
