AMD / Xilinx Virtex®-7 FPGA VC709 Connectivity Kit

AMD / Xilinx Virtex®-7 FPGA VC709 Connectivity Kit is a development tool for the Virtex-7 XC7VX690T-2FFG1761C Field Programmable Gate Array. FPGAs are semiconductor devices based around a matrix of configurable logic blocks (CLBs) connected via programmable interconnects. The board provides features common to many embedded processing systems, including dual DDR3 small outline dual-inline memory module (SODIMM) memories, an 8-lane PCI Express® interface, general-purpose I/O, and a UART interface. AMD / Xilinx Virtex-7 FPGA VC709 kit includes a connectivity GUI built on Fedora Live OS, which includes software drivers. The 40Gb/s board includes a VITA-57 FPGA mezzanine connector (FMC) with attached mezzanine cards.
