Würth Elektronik Design Your EMC Filter Kit allows designers and engineers to build EMC filters with the help of test boards. The kit contains common mode chokes, capacitors, terminal blocks, SMD power elements, resistors, self-retaining spacer and test boards. A booklet with 4 examples of insertion loss and the components and basic information regarding the EMC-Filter is included.
Design Your EMC Filter Kit includes evaluation boards, which are available at 80VDC and 250VAC rated voltage.
Features
- With this design kit, the user can build up an easy EMC filter with the help of test boards
- For a high-frequency differential signal, the X-Capacitor has a low impedance
- The bleeding resistor (R) allows discharge of the X-Capacitor when there is no load connected
- The common-mode choke (L1, L2) has the right inductive qualities for differential and common noise
- The Y-Capacitors (Cy) conduct high frequency, common-mode signals to the ground
