Vishay Semiconductors Si7540ADP N- & P-Channel MOSFET

Vishay Semiconductors Si7540ADP N- & P-Channel MOSFET employs TrenchFET^® technology, utilizing trench structures etched into the semiconductor material to enhance performance and efficiency. With a thermally enhanced PowerPAK^® package, this MOSFET offers enhanced thermal performance and reliable operation under high-power conditions. The Si7540ADP N- and P-channel MOSFET is 100% Rg tested. This MOSFET features a 20V drain-source voltage and operates within the -55°C to 150°C temperature range. The Si7540ADP N- and P-channel MOSFET is Pb-free, Halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant. Typical applications include DC/DC converters, synchronous buck converters, synchronous rectifiers, load switches, and motor drive switches.
