Vishay ISOA200 Thick Film Power Resistors
Vishay ISOA200 Thick Film Power Resistors are AEC-Q200-qualified resistors that operate over a -55°C to +150°C temperature range. Vishay ISOA200 Thick Film Power Resistors provide a cold system without external radiation. These non-inductive resistors feature a high power/volume ratio. The resistors offer a 10Ω to 1MΩ resistance range and 200W maximum rated power. ISOA200 is cooled by an auxiliary heatsink (not provided). Applications include automotive precharge, discharge, and active discharge. The resistors are also ideal for industrial and automated machine systems (AMS) power conversion and snubber applications.
