Vishay Semiconductors Automotive High Voltage Input Rectifiers

Vishay Semiconductor Automotive High Voltage Input Rectifiers are surface mount diodes that are optimized for very low forward voltage drop with moderate leakage. These components are to be used in the 50/60Hz AC line rectification stage. The automotive rectifiers are constructed by a glass passivated pellet chip junction. These rectifiers offer high surge, low VF rugged blocking diode for DC charging stations. The automotive high voltage input rectifiers feature a flexible solution for reliable AC power rectification. These rectifiers are automotive AEC-Q101 qualified and RoHS compliant. Applications include onboard and off-board Electric Vehicles (EV) / Hybrid-Electric-Vehicles (HEV) battery chargers and renewable energy inverters.
