These resistors feature extra-high-power ranges, as well as inverse geometry with terminations on the long sides. This inverse footprint enables increased thermal contact and substantially higher current ratings within the same footprint, without the need for excessive PCB copper heatsink areas. Welwyn / TT Electronics WHPC Thick Film High Power Chip Resistors feature packages ranging from 1206 to 1225 and resistance values from 1Ω to 10MΩ.
