Toshiba TCR2LN 200mA Low Dropout Regulators
Toshiba TCR2LN 200mA Low Dropout Regulators are CMOS general-purpose single output voltage regulators with an on/off control input. The TCR2LN offers ultra-low quiescent bias current and low dropout voltage. The devices feature overcurrent protection and an auto-discharge option. The LDOs are specified in fixed output voltages between 0.8V and 3.6V and can drive up to 200mA.The Toshiba TCR2LN 200mA Low Dropout Regulators have a low dropout voltage of 250mV (2.5V output, IOUT = 150mA).
The TCR2LN is housed in the ultra-small plastic mold SDFN4/SDFN4E (0.8mm x 0.8mm x 0.38mm) package. The TCR2LN series coordinates with small ceramic input and output capacitors, making it ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly, such as cellular phones.
