Toshiba TCKE6 40V 2.5A eFuse Integrated Circuits (ICs) deliver robust, single-input single-output protection with a maximum operating voltage of 30V. Designed to act as a reusable electronic fuse, these ICs actively safeguard circuits with features like adjustable overcurrent limiting (via an external resistor), short-circuit protection, under-voltage lockout, and thermal shutdown.
