Toshiba TC7WH125x Dual Bus Buffers

Toshiba TC7WH125x Dual Bus Buffers with 3-state outputs provide low power dissipation and a wide operating voltage range. The TC7WH125x buffers are advanced high-speed CMOS dual buffers with a high noise immunity of 28% and 5.5V tolerant input. The TC7WH125FK buffer is AEC-Q100 complaint. Toshiba TC7WH125x Dual Bus Buffers are designed to be used with 3-state memory address drivers and the circuit prevents device destruction due to mismatched supply and input voltage.
