Toshiba TC75S59F Single Comparators (CMOS)

Toshiba TC75S59F Single Comparators (CMOS) operate off a single power supply and draw a lower supply current than conventional bipolar general-purpose comparators. These devices have an open-drain output stage that can be wire-ORed with those of other open-drain output circuits. Toshiba TC75S59F Single Comparators offer low input bias current and come in a small package. Typical applications include battery-powered products, mobile communications, alarm and security circuits, and direct sensor interfaces.
