Toshiba TB9104FTG Automotive Gate Driver ICs
Toshiba TB9104FTG Automotive Gate Driver ICs feature a single-channel H-bridge gate driver and a two-channel half-bridge gate driver for automotive applications. When the TB9104FTG is in standby mode, power consumption can be reduced. These Toshiba gate driver ICs include a charge pump circuit, a current-sense amplifier, an SPI communication circuit, a PWM circuit, and various abnormal-detection circuits. Motor rotation instructions can be given through the pin and via SPI. In the event of an abnormal detection, the gate drive shuts down according to preset settings. The DIAG_X terminal sends abnormality notifications, and SPI communication provides detailed information.
