Toshiba TB627 LED Lighting Drivers
Toshiba TB627 LED Lighting Drivers are large-current LED drivers with integrated DC/DC controllers for backlighting in white LEDs. The TB62777 devices offer a high-intensity input voltage range from 4.75V to 40V and dimming control. The TB6278 7-segment drivers provide a compact, multifunctional solution with an option to drive 32 individual LEDs. TB62763 consists of a step-up type DC/DC converter which is highly efficient and designed for constant current driving of white LEDs.
As a 16-output constant current LED driver, the TB62747 is an excellent choice for LED panel displays and is designed to operate through one adjustable external resistor. Delivering 9 channels of constant current, the TB62781 provides 3.3V and 5V power supply voltage operation.
The TB62785 is an ideal multifunctional, small-sized, 7-segment LED Display Driver that can be used with common-anode displays. In conclusion, the TB62771 incorporates a DC/DC controller and presents a high-intensity / large-current LED developed for high-power LED systems.
