Texas Instruments TMUX73XXF-EVM Multiplexer Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments TMUX73XXF-EVM Multiplexer Evaluation Module (EVM) facilitates DC characterization and rapid prototyping of Texas Instruments’ TMUX73XXF series of components in the TSSOP (PW) package. It features two test points for each I/O and OVP trigger threshold, resulting in thirty-four test points for testing the TMUX73XXF line of devices. Seven extra ground test points are included to facilitate easier board testing.

- 16 generic six-pin headers for power, analog, or digital signals being switched and control signals
- General and specific fault indicator flag LED circuits are included in the evaluation module
