Texas Instruments TLV9023L Self-Latching Three-Channel Comparator
Texas Instruments TLV9023L Self-Latching Three-Channel Comparator is a precision, triple-channel latching comparator with separate outputs and a combined AND output. This device offers an excellent speed-to-power combination, with a propagation delay of 95ns and a quiescent supply current of only 22μA per channel. The TLV9023L comparator features output latching capability and fault-tolerant inputs that can go up to 6V without damage, and no output phase inversion. This comparator includes a low input offset voltage, Power-On Reset (POR), and fault-tolerant rail-to-rail inputs. The TLV9023L comparator is available with an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and in standard leaded and leadless packages. Typical applications include appliance power module, AC drive control, power conversion systems, battery backup unit, and battery test equipment.
