Texas Instruments SN74LVC9541A/-Q1 Octal Buffers/Drivers are octal buffers with 3-state outputs and Schmitt-trigger inputs. The over-voltage-tolerant inputs support up to 5.5V independent of VCC. The TI SN74LVC9541A/-Q1 Octal Buffers/Drivers are ideal for driving an indicator LED and for level shifting using open-drain outputs.

The TI SN74LVC9541A-Q1 is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
