Texas Instruments SN74LVC241A Octal Buffers & Line Drivers

Texas Instruments SN74LVC241A Octal Buffers and Line Drivers provide an 8-bit buffer solution featuring 3-state outputs for reliable digital signal control. The device is organized into two banks of four drivers, with each bank controlled by a dedicated output-enable pin for flexible operation. Designed for 1.1V to 3.6V operation, the TI SN74LVC241A supports 5.5V over-voltage tolerant inputs, partial-power-down protection with back-drive protection, and high push-pull output drive strength. The device also delivers latch-up performance exceeding 100mA per JESD78.

The SN74LVC241A is ideal for applications such as driving an indicator LED, re-driving a digital signal, driving a transmission line, and holding a signal during controller reset.

Features

  • Operating range from 1.1V to 3.6V
