Texas Instruments SN74LV8T7541-Q1 Automotive Octal Buffers
Texas Instruments SN74LV8T7541-Q1 Automotive Octal Buffers are octal buffers with open-drain outputs. The input is designed with a reduced-threshold circuit to support translation when the supply voltage exceeds the input voltage. These octal buffers operate at a 1.65V to 5.5V voltage range and 5.5V-tolerant input pins. The SN74LV8T7541-Q1 automotive buffers support a standard function pinout and feature latch-up performance exceeding 250mA per JESD 17. These SN74LV8T7541-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. The SN74LV8T7541-Q1 devices are ideal for driving an indicator LED and for level shifting with open-drain outputs.
