Texas Instruments SN74ACT132 / SN74ACT132-Q1 Logic Gates
Texas Instruments SN74ACT132 / SN74ACT132-Q1 Logic Gates are 4-channel, 2-input NAND gates with Schmitt-trigger inputs. These logic gates operate at an input voltage of 4.5V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The SN74ACT132 / SN74ACT132-Q1 gates provide a continuous ±24mA output drive at 5V and support up to ±75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts. These devices feature TTL-compatible Schmitt-trigger inputs support slow and noisy input signals. The SN74ACT132-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. The SN74ACT132 / SN74ACT132-Q1 logic gates are ideal for alarm, tamper detect circuit, and S-R latches.
