Texas Instruments REF50x Precision Voltage References
Texas Instruments REF50x Precision Voltage References are a family of low-noise, low-drift, and high-precision voltage references. These voltage references can sink and source current and include excellent line and load regulation. The REF50x precision voltage references feature 2.5ppm/°C maximum low-temperature drift, 0.025% maximum high accuracy, and 0.5μVPP/V low noise. The voltage references support a 42V wide supply voltage rating, a 340μA ultra-low IQ, and ±10mA high-output current. The REF50x voltage references are available in 8-pin SOIC and VSSOP packages and are specified from -40°C to 125°C temperature range. Typical applications include precision data acquisition systems, semiconductor test equipment, industrial process controls, and medical instrumentation, pressure and temperature transmitters.
The REF50x voltage references provide excellent long-term stability of 22ppm after the first 1000 hours (SOIC-8) and 50ppm after the first 1000 hours (VSSOP-8). These voltage references are available in enhanced grade (REF50xxEI), high grade (REF50xxI), and standard grade (REF50xxAI).
